A house is a widely used model when creating messaging for organisations. The aim is that the roof of the house – the overarching message – will be underpinned by substantial foundations that make the message more credible.
In this version of a messaging house, we have introduced some structure to help the message development process. The overarching message is underpinned by what the organisation does, why it is unique and how it sees the world and the future (it’s vision).
Proof points are important elements of any messaging, demonstrating that the claims made are credible and realistic.
